Important Information
To pay online: Click here to submit a payment. Once you’ve submitted payment, it can take up to 24 hours for it to show on your account, but you will receive an email confirming the payment. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call our office.
Other Important Notes:
- Your passcode will be the exact same as your gate passcode.
- We take Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
- You will NOT be able to make an online payment if your unit is in Lien Status.
- If this is your last month, please call the office. We can pro-rate up to 15 days. If you need more time, we will need a full month’s rent.
- We do not give refunds.
